Constipation: Its Treatment, What Causes Constipation, and Its Symptoms: Constipation is such a problem due to which the stomach of the patient is not cleaned properly and there are many problems during defecation. Constipation is a common problem due to irregular routines and eating habits. Habits like sitting after meals and falling asleep straight after dinner are responsible for constipation.

1. Raisin: Home Remedies to Treat Constipation

Take about 8 to 10 grams of raisins, soak them in water at night and take out its seeds in the morning, boil them in milk and eat, and drink that milk.

2. Bael: Home Remedies for Constipation Treatment

Bael fruit is very beneficial for the problem of constipation. Take half a cup of bael pulp, a spoonful of jaggery, before meals in the evening. Bael syrup also helps in constipation.

3. Mulethi: Home Remedy for Constipation

Take a spoonful of liquorice powder in a glass of water and mix it with one spoon of jaggery. It can help in curing the problem of constipation.

4. Saunf: Home Remedies for Constipation 

Drink a spoonful of roasted fennel with warm water before sleeping at night. The volatile oils found in fennel improve digestion, and increase the production of gastric enzymes.

6. Palak for Constipation
