Constipation: Its Treatment, What Causes Constipation, and Its Symptoms: Constipation is such a problem due to which the stomach of the patient is not cleaned properly and there are many problems during defecation. Take about 8 to 10 grams of raisins, soak them in water at night and take out its seeds in the morning, boil them in milk and eat, and drink that milk.
